MTB's mission has been to give our customers the best moves of their lives. I'm now expanding that mission to include helping people find their perfect homes.
It's a natural extension of what we do. More than 25 percent of our customers are first or second-time home-buyers. Last year that translated to about 700 people who were in need of professional representation in an often-lengthy and complicated real estate transaction.
After tens of thousands of successful interactions on the other side of the relocation process, I've learned a thing or two about bringing excellence to a client's experience. It's pretty simple, actually -- be a person of integrity and work hard for your clients.
For more information, and to start a search for a new home, check out our main MTB Home Solutions website here.
I'm a buyer specialist with The Kilner Group. That means my main focus -- my only focus, really -- is to help people find and obtain the home that's perfect for them. (But hey -- I'm still a Truck Buddy, so my team of relocation masters will still help you to, you know, get you IN to that perfect home!)
Specifically, I can help you
Speaking of integrity and excellent customer service, I was fortunate -- incredibly fortunate -- to be recruited by The Kilner Group, a one of the biggest teams of agents in the DC area under the Keller Williams banner. Their focus is on consultation, not sales. Their mission:
To lead all industries through constantly setting the standard for true consultation (which acknowledges the dignity of every person) and client results (which can never be limited to mere financial measures).
Each and every person on the team is a specialist in their own particular field -- buyers' agents work exclusively with buyers, listing agents specialize in getting your home sold as fast as possible for your ideal price, and the support staff ensures every single one of the millions of details involved in multiple transactions are tracked and accounted for.
They were recently named one of the best real estate firms in the DC area by Washingtonian Magazine for the second year in a row.
Overseeing it all is Patrick Kilner, a ten-year veteran of the industry who takes mentoring and leadership development very seriously (seriously -- I've never been vetted so thoroughly, and I've worked for the federal government!)
Basically it's the best, most friendly and professional group of people I've known in the DC area, maybe anywhere. It's an honor to be on their team.
