I will say here what I said on Yelp: This company is awesome. Not only did they arrange to arrive earlier than planned, but they were polite, efficient, and interested in doing both a professional and a timely job--which saved me money.

Often when you find a bargain you figure you're getting low quality services. Something about Chris told me when I first talked with him that wasn't going to be the case with My Truck Buddy. I'm delighted that I was right.

It is as described--as if your buddy (and another friend in my case) are coming to help you with your move. Except when friends help you tend not to let them do the major lifting. With these guys you can.

I highly recommend this company, and will be sure to tell my friends about them, and next time I move (hopefully not soon) they will be my first call!

Thank you to Chris and Ben for my super-smooth move this weekend! I went to Chris' website and booked my moving date, and Chris confirmed via email. They were a little late on moving day, but on this I give a little leeway since it was 9/11 and the traffic was pretty horrendous.

They took apart and put together my bed, which is an infuriating piece of machinery (it lifts up on a hinge to allow for storage underneath). Chris put it back together even without instructions. He was visibly frustrated, but didn't complain. I'll definitely be using My Truck Bud again for my next move!

Truly as good as it gets, Chris and his crew were great. Booking was easy. My move out included a *long* walk through an undergound garage and a large number of boxes (books mainly). The movers that moved me into that building moaned and whined throughout the moving process, Chris, Gary and John handled it as professionals. It was a stress-free move that was reasonably priced.

I've also posted this on Yelp.com. Chris and his helper Byron were extremely helpful, careful with my stuff, and sweet to my mom. I had a few heavy things going from the city to the country and they took care of it in no time. It was the most pleasant move I have ever had. I highly recommend My Truck Buddy and will use them for all of my moves in the future. You should too!

Chris and his buddy were awesome in helping me move amidst all the snow and slush, which made me almost want to reschedule the move! But we went on as originally planned and everything was smooth-sailing, right from the moment they start lifting till the time they left. (But make sure you do your own preparation too to make their job easier and more speedy!!). Chris is also great in calling to touch-base the night before the actual move. I highly recommend everyone to use their services! :-)

So amazing! I won't move with anyone else ever again. I have NO worries with Chris and his team and that means more than words can express! MTB is awesome!!

I had only a few days to make a last minute move after another moving company did not show up. I called MTB. Even Chris was not available on the day I needed he got me in touch with one of his buddies who did an outstanding job.

I first contacted Chris a year or so ago. Back before it was just ONE truck buddy and one truck - him and his truck! I bought an entertainment center on craigslist, and much to my surprise, it wasn't going to fit into my 1999 Ford Taurus - who'da thunk?

I found his number on craigslist just as he was getting the business started, but you would swear he'd been doing it since he was a kid. He was completely professional and fast. What a life saver!

I've recommended him to all my friends in the area!

Although it has taken me almost two months to post this review, my enthusiasm and positive feedback for MTB has not dwindled. Chris's team showed up as planned, allowing about 10 extra minutes for them to locate the loading dock for my large apartment complex. The three guys were friendly and efficient. Despite a fairly long walk from my apartment down the hall to the freight elevator, they had my entire apartment loaded into the truck in about an hour. At my destination house, they quickly unloaded all my boxes and then helped us to move a huge leather sofa and other miscellaneous furniture which was already at the house. We were completed done in 2.5 hours, so the guys calculated out what I owed (less than the estimated three hours) and I happily paid them. (Don’t forget to tip your friendly movers!) Despite the fact that it was a holiday weekend, this experience was completely pain free. With all of our boxes moved before lunch, we had the energy to get unpacked and were completely livable early that nice. And you can’t put a price on that! But if you had to, MTB would offer you an extremely reasonable one. I can’t say enough good things, but I will say, BOOK NOW!

Thank you to Jimmy and his crew for their great work on my move. They took care of my one-bedroom apartment move in two hours, and the cost was well below the estimate I received. They were fast, careful with my items, and very friendly. They were fun to be around but never lost sight of getting the job done quickly. I'm truly grateful for their help and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, and perfect strangers. Thanks again!

The Truck Buddies were amazing! I moved in August and these guys were perfect. They called when they were on the way, arrived on time, got right to work, AND finished ahead of schedule. They were careful with my furniture and took apart and reassembled my bed.
Not to mention that they were totally normal and really nice guys. Next time I move, I will definitely be calling Chris again!

Jimmy and Tomas were fantastic to work with! They arrived on time (even though we'd just had a snow storm) and got right to work. They even rolled with the punches when my storage site had no power and we had to bring the truck to my family's home and got everything safely into the garage. I know it was an easy move in terms of the amount of things and weight I had for them, but they were a lifesaver for me. I highly recommend My Truck Buddy!

The "buddies" were awesome. They worked fast, were extremely courteous and moved everything safely to the new location.
